4 Day West Coast -Wilderness Plus- Tour (WCWP-4)

4D/3N Launceston to Hobart

This tour includes West Coast Wilderness, Cradle Mountain, Mole Creek Glow worm Caves, Mural Town Sheffield, Old mining towns, West Coastal town Strahan, Queenstown, Mount Field National Park, Lake St Clare National Park, Hobart, Salamanca Market, Richmond historic town then wine tasting at one of the vinyards and visit a local Chocolate Factory. This tour is a cheaper alternative to the six- or seven-day tours.

The tour goes anticlockwise, starting from Launceston after exploring the city and Cataract Gorge to Sheffield through Mole Creek Caves, Chudleigh Honey Farm. Then next morning we drive up to Cradle Mountain National Park. We spend the entire morning at the Cradle Mountain National Park before heading in further West. Strahan is a town surrounded by Macquarie Harbour and Southern Ocean. Regatta Point Train Station provided link to an old mining town of Queenstown. Tour continues to Southeast towards Hobart through Central Highlands where you will see giant water pipes pouring in Hydropower Stations. Mt Field is the First National Park in Tasmania with infamous Russel Falls and tall trees. Hobart has famous Salamanca Market open only Saturdays where most visitors make time to visit, and it is in the itinerary. Last attraction in day 4 is historic Richmond town and Richmond Bridge which is the oldest bridge in Australia. Wine tasting and chocolate tasting at one of the vineyards and Federation Chocolate factory will conclude the tour. You will be dropped at your hotel.
