3 Day North West Discovery Tour (NWT)
3D/2N Depart ex Launceston
The North West of Tasmania is full of surprises. This region of Tasmania is unfortunately not well known by many visitors, except its famous "Nut" (Circular Head) and tulip farms.
Including Cradle Mt, the North West is an amazing discovery for many visitors, with its wilderness, and beautiful beaches and coastline. The North West is like a combination of East and West coast of Tasmania. The region has one of the biggest and oldest tree of Tasmania, "Big Tree," in an untouched rainforest. Waterfalls and cool and mysterious rainforest add to the excitement.
Rocky Cape was home to an aboriginal tribe and there is a sacred cave that can be seen from a distance. The tulip farm has all the colours of the rainbow and is a must-see. Harvest time is from late September until late October. The view from the Table Cape extends into the distant, sweeping North Coast.
The world famous Cradle Mt is also included in this tour.
